Neuroplasticity as a predominant factor of mental health from physical activity
Abstract
This essay addresses the issue of neuroplasticity at the level of its influence on people's mental health, particularly from physical activity, this component will influence the generation of various neural networks through not only neurogenesis but also from synaptogenesis, which will favorably influence people's mental health, having an effect similar to that of psychotherapy, since the generation of new neuronal connections will make it possible to reorganize and adapt the organization at the brain level, which makes it possible to address in a healthy and positive way, various situations that can damage our mental health by unblocking circuits or neural connections that are the cause of various negative thoughts which, as a result of time, become stronger and are harmful.
