Abstract

In a country in constant growth, the heading of civil construction is everywhere and as the basis of all work we have the preparation of the land that is prepared by human labor or heavy machinery, both hard and hard work to perform, and to help with. This activity was elaborated in the present project, which consists in the elaboration of the prototype of a teleoperated excavator machine with a previous mechanical design and fundamental calculations for its manufacture, to facilitate, improve, adapt and favor the conditions of the works carried out in the field of civil construction, especially in soil movement activities, where works are carried out such as: foundation preparation, land preparation, installation of water pipes, underground cable routing, creation of canals, installation of drainage pipes, creation of furrows, tilling the land, among others.

The control of the excavator machine will be carried out by signal teleoperation in Bluetooth with an HC-05 module, which will allow the operator to work safely, comfortably and with complete mastery over the machine, and thus guaranteeing effective and effective work, much easier at work. This excavator will be mobilized by means of a traction-type traction system that means that it will be all terrain, the tool will remove earth with an endless screw through a continuous movement transmitting material, the whole machine will be controlled by an Arduino plate implemented with a platform program Blynk, 2 DC motors (direct current) connected directly and 3 DC motors controlled by H bridges; The prototype will have dimensions of 20 cm wide, 2 cm long and 30 cm high, all perfectly configured and installed for demonstration.
