Getting students to perceive the level of teaching quality received notoriously low in the virtual classes, compared to face-to-face classes, and all have frequently had drawbacks in the development of these, by using the Blackboard platform. The research concludes that COVID-19 affects the development of virtual classes, as students at Continental University mention that all of them have had inconvenients at least once a week when it comes to entry to the platform.
