Proposals for the social and environmental management of Covid-19 in Perú
Abstract
All the governments of the world have been taking measures to control the proliferation of the coronavirus and Peru has been no stranger to this. The objective of this article is to present proposals from a socio-environmental approach to face the coronavirus, an interdisciplinary and holistic scientific approach. 6 proposals are presented that, if implemented, would have minimized the proliferation of COVID-19 in Peru. Those measures would have avoided a generalized score, these are: acquisition of health implements, management of social displacement, promotion of initiatives by civil organizations and the State, closure of classes based on contagion by province, implementation of security measures in transportation systems, supply of hygiene kits and drinking water. The proposals presented were proposed to be established in a preventive manner, being essential to apply them in the initial phase of virus proliferation, each of these proposals are designed to work together and progressively based on the evolution of the virus, preventing the country from See yourself submerged in a total quarantine and end up affecting all economic sectors, in addition to wanting to avoid the suspension of constitutional rights that are affected by the declaration of states of emergency. It is concluded that decision-making must be in accordance with the different realities of the country and as it is a diverse country like Peru, these decisions must be addressed seeking the benefit of the entire population.
