Abstract

Cuadernos Jurídicos Ius et tribunalis of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Continental have always had the goal of publishing various essays within the different disciplines of law. Therefore, in the aforementioned edition there are works dedicated to general procedural law, civil procedural law, criminal procedural law, criminal law, construction law and state contracting, as well as arbitration law and the application of technologies to the realization of rights (legal tech).

Thus, the reader will have into account a diverse range of studies that consider the behavior of the different legal categories, as well as their impact on society, without neglecting the solutions that the authors propose for the improvement of institutions that have been analyzed.

Thereupon, we are pleased to present this new issue, convinced of the benefit it will generate for the various members of the legal community, as well as the general community.
