Smart-contracts and arbitration. An introduction

  • Jhoel Chipana Catalán Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú

Abstract

The author provides an adequate view of smart contract. However, it does not stop at defining this type of contract, as it warns of certain characteristics that must be taken into account to refine its functionality, in addition to identifying the advantages of arbitration in the resolution of disputes that arise in the execution of such legal acts, provided that a proper splice is achieved with this heterocompositive system.
