Action plan for the promotion of mouth health in the secondary education of the la Velasquera campesino settlement

Abstract

The present research work is proposed as a purpose: Generate an action plan for the promotion of oral health in the students of Secondary Education in the National Educational Unit C.E.I.C.O "Maestro Simón Rodríguez" of the Peasant Settlement Velasquera, Aragua State. The study is located in the action project report modality, with the support of a field investigation. The techniques of information collection, the observation, the personal interview was adopted and as an instrument the recording of field notes and the bibliographic review was carried out, for theoretical and methodological sustenance of the study. The procedural aspects of the action plan fulfilled all the phases previously planned for the promotion of oral health, evidenced a change of attitude toward the theme of comprehensive health and participation. The action plan was developed without any limitations, a situation that leaves open the possibility for the realization of future projects that help solve problems that affect the school, the family and the community. Among the conclusions obtained, it is considered opportune that the teaching and directive personnel of the school institution encourage the participation of the family and the community in the different activities planned for the promotion of oral health in the students.
