The polices determination and access to working capital financing in MYPES in the trade sector of Huancayo district

Abstract

Objectives: Establish the relation that exists between the policies determination of improvements of the financing access levels and the financing access of working capital, with the boundaries that MYPES in the trade sector of Huancayo district presents. Methods: It is a correlational research, cross-sectional design, the data collection was realized based in a population conformed by 5701 micro companies in the trade sector of Huancayo district, sample size determination is a non-probability sampling, equivalent to 196 micro companies selected according to the number of commercial establishments for business line, in other words MYPES that are in activity in major number were prioritized, which was applied a structured questionnaire. Results: 73% of micro companies have obtained a working capital financing and 27% have not obtained financing in 2011. Also 42% of micro companies affirm that the principal restriction to access in the financial institutions in the moment of the request is the exigency of multiple requirements; then, 30% affirms that the access is subordinated to the guarantees presentation, 22% thinks that the interest rate is raised and 6% gives other reasons. Conclusion: The restrictions for financing access of working capital in the MYPES of trade sector of Huancayo district does not pass for the financial cost, due to the great impulse of municipal boxes, because nowadays they have turned into the best option into microfinance.
