Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the importance of the existence of the instructing body, as well as other guarantees in the Sanctioning Administrative
Procedure in charge of the State Procurement Court from an Administrative and Constitutional point of view, in application of what is established in the Law of General Administrative Procedure and the criteria of various Resolutions issued by the Constitutional Court.
