Effects of software application "Business ERP" in the perception of management control of the MYPE´s of Huancayo

Abstract

Objectives: To determine the effects that the use of the software Business ERP produces in the perception of the management control in the Micro and Small Companies (MYPE´s) from Huancayo - Perú. Methods:The method that has been used was pre experimental method, with the participation of micro companies of the commercial, services, health and education sectors of Huancayo. The design of the investigation has allowed to work on a group of micro companies to which it was applied as a mensuration instrumenta questionnaire before and after the use of Software "Business ERP" in the empresarial management. The used sample has been non probabilistic, determined by interest, when gathering these 18 participant companies with the minimum conditions to involve them in the study, being some conditions the following ones, to be companies with effective RUC, to be in Huancayo city, to have as minimum a basic computing system and to be in any of the economic sectors before described. Results: The results of the second test regarding the first test show us that the perception of the managers or owners of the micro companies have about the evolution of their income, expenditures, utilities, managements of their clients and human resource have a better valuation. Conclusions: The discoveries founded prove that the perception that the owners and/or managers have of the micro companies regarding to the management control after the application of the Software "Business ERP" is that this tool would help significantly in the achievement of the empresarial aims of the MYPE´s.
