Summarycracy, concursocracy and the "Pedagogy of prosperity"
Abstract
The author gives an account of a reality on which the studies are carried out in the Faculties of Law, as well as the professional practice of the lawyer in Brazil (and, why not, extensible also to the Peruvian context, with certain peculiarities), whichgive account of a limited way of learning and exercising law.
