Abstract

Compliance with quality standards in higher education has become (with the support granted by the boost of the Peruvian government) in a reason for the adequacy and, where appropriate, reconfiguration of the education services.

For the particular case of the Universidad Continental, the demand for accreditation has meant the beginning of a work that aims at recognizing the commitment and responsibility in the work that has already been done.

So, the career of law, in coordination with the Department of Research, has given a new impulse to the production and publication of legal content with this new product, the Legal Papers Ius et Tribunalis

With this first edition of Ius et Tribunalis, we account for the legal and general community work produced by leading figures in the legal field with local, national and international significance, who address topics of extreme interest and relevance to those who intend to cultivate a proper culture of law as well as for those seeking a response to the incidents that presents forensic practice.

This issue discloses the work of Omar Sumaria, Hermes Zaneti Jr., Pedro Nogueira and Freddie Didier Jr., made in the framework of First International Congress on Procedural Law and Arbitration, accomplished in Huancayo, in September 2015. The authors address issues related to procedural law, constitutional and legal argumentation.

In addition, the articles written by connoted professionals and people close to the legal science on civil administrative, labor, civil and procedural law are identified.

Thus, we, who have assumed this difficult task of legal research and content publishing, join the process of accreditation of the career of law, providing quality publications for proper forging of a legal culture.

To conclude, I want to thank all those whose work allowed the realization of this new product research, particularly the members of the Organizing Committee of the First Congress of Procedural Law and Arbitration, the Advisory Committee team, the Arbitration Committee, the Department of Professional Academic School of Law, the Investigation Department of the Universidad Continental and the law’s student Paola Ninanya Vilcahuamán.
