Abstract

One of the objectives pursued by Cuadernos Jurídicas Ius et tribunalis is to ensure that the students and teachers of the Faculty of Law of the Continental University have national and international visibility, which is why we have always been concerned about publishing research that has been carried out by such members of the university community.

For this reason, it is that we have always strived to obtain work prepared by students and teachers, generating incentives for carrying out research activities, showing the legal and general community such products for review and discussion, given their indisputable topicality.

Along these lines, a new number of our Legal Notebooks is presented, with research from teachers and students of this house of studies, in different legal disciplines, of which we are sure they will generate a positive impact on the community.
